Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

The estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, it must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation.

We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier; however, carrier investigations may take time and outcomes are determined by the shipping provider.
