Return & Refund Policy

At NDRX VENTURES LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be physically received before a return request can be submitted.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but items must not show signs of wear.

  • Items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order may be refused.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • This includes international shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional carrier charges.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@louisemore.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense.

  4. Provide the tracking number to our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item does not meet return conditions, the refund may be partially approved or denied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items showing visible signs of wear or use

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, it must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for carrier-related delays or losses once the package has been shipped.
